摘 要:本文研究了利用具有近零磁致伸缩系数钴基非晶态合金丝研制的新型磁场传感器。提出了采用单非晶丝磁芯双绕组结构的磁敏探头 ,改善了多谐振荡桥路的对称性 ,并通过引入负反馈形成的闭环测量系统 ,使非晶磁芯工作于零场附近的线性区域 ,从而使传感器的线性测量范围、线性度、温度稳定性及动态特性指标得以提高。对传感器的工作原理进行了分析 ,并设计了该传感器的信号处理电路 ,对研制中的关键技术作了介绍 。A new type magnetic sensor using near-zero magnetostriction cobalt-based amorphous wire was studied in the paper.A magentic sensitive element utilizing single-core and double-winding structure was proposed,and that improved the symmetry of the multivibrator.The amorphous core operated at a linear range near zero field strength because of introducing a negative feedback closed loop system and therefore the measuring linear range,linearity,temperature stability and dynamic characteristics were improved.The principle of the sensor were analyzed and the signal processing circuit was designed.The key technology to develop the sensor was presented and the measuring results were partly shown.
