摘　　要：在螺旋焊管的成型过程中 ,几何关系对焊管的直径公差有着重要的影响。用数学方法着重分析了螺旋焊管成型的几何关系 ,说明钢带宽度、钢带厚度、特别是成型角的微小变化对成型后钢管外径公差的影响 ,给出了相应的微分关系式 ,为成型过程中的随机控制和调节提供了便利。During the forming course of the spiral welded pipe, geometric relations are quite important and have great influence on the diameter tolerance of spiral welded pipe With the mathematical analysis, this article studies the forming geometric relations of spiral welded pipe, shows the diameter tolerance influenced by the micro change of strip width,strip thickness,specially the forming angle, makes out the formula of differential relations
