摘　　要：中国证券市场建立 10年来 ,通过为企业筹资对经济增长作出了较大贡献。我国上市公司的整体业绩成长性如何是关系这个市场发展的重大问题。本文按照可比性原则 ,通过对上市公司整体业绩成长性及与经济增长的比较分析得出 ,我国上市公司整体业绩成长性堪忧 ,如果再不抓紧进行优胜劣汰和资产重组工作 ,由证券市场集聚的金融风险将危害我国经济的平稳发展。Chinese security market has played important role on national economic growth through financing for Listed companies. The growth of Overall Profitability of listed companies has an important relation to security market development. Based on comparable rule, we have compared Listed Companies' Outstanding Achievement Growth with national economic growth. The result shows that the overall profitability of the listed companies is very bad. If we do not carry out asset recombine in time, it should harm Chinese economic growth steadily.
