提高载药脂质体亲和性的探讨

摘　　要：目的　为了提高荷瘤鼠皮下移植瘤对载药脂质体的摄取量 ,达到提高疗效 ,降低药物对全身的毒副反应的作用。方法　将空白脂质体 0 3mL注入荷瘤鼠尾静脉内 ,1h后再注入泰素脂质体 0 3mL ,每日 1次 ,共用 4次。结果　移植瘤瘤体明显缩小 ,离体瘤瘤重与对照组对比明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,抑瘤率 41 8%。病理切片显示肿瘤局部出现大面积坏死灶 ,呈现玻璃样改变及纤维结缔组织增生。结论　对荷瘤鼠皮下移植瘤尾静脉内先注入空白脂质体 ,后注入载药脂质体 ,可提高肿瘤治疗的疗效。Objective To improve the liposome intaken by transplanted tumor of tumor loading mice so as to increase curative effect and decrease the toxic and side effect of liposome.Methods Empty liposome 0\^3mL was injected into caudal vein of tumor loading mice,and taxol liposome 0\^3mL was also injected an hour later,once a day,4 days totally.Results The size of transplanted tumor decreased significantly and the tumor weight in vitro became significantly lighter than that in control group(P<0\^05).Tumor restrain rate was 41\^8%.Great areas of necrosis,hyaline degeneration and fibrous connective tissue proliferation were shown in pathologic sections.Conclusion Taxol liposome is injected into caudal vein of tumor loading mice after empty liposome can increase the curative effect.
