摘　　要：目的 :探讨左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合术的疗效和可行性。方法 :运用术中结肠灌洗对 12例左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期切除吻合术。结果 :12例患者全部达到Ⅰ期愈合 ,术后无一例吻合口瘘发生。结论 :使用术中结肠灌洗行Ⅰ期切除吻合术对治疗左半结肠癌致急性结肠梗阻疗效好 ,方法可行。Objective: To study the effect and feasibi lity of the one-stage resetion and anastomasis for acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Colonic lavage in operation and one-stage re section and anastomasis were performed in 12 patients suffering from the left co lorectal carcinoma with acute obstruction. Results: All patients had healed by first intention without post operative anastomasis fistula. Conclusion: Colonic lavage in operation and o ne-stage resection and anastomasis has beneficial effect and therefore the ap proach is feasible.
