200例穿透性角膜移植临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察穿透性角膜移植的疗效和并发症。方法 :对 2 0 0例 (2 0 0眼 )穿透性角膜移植进行回顾性总结。结果 :统计分析表明 :角膜植片透明者 180例 (90 .0 % ) ,视力≤ 0 .0 4者 73例 (36 .5 % ) ,0 .0 5～ 0 .2者 91例 (45 .5 % ) ,≥ 0 .3者36例 (18.0 % )。主要并发症 :角膜植片免疫排斥反应 2 2例 (11.0 % ) ,继发性青光眼 7例 (3.5 % )。结论 :穿透性角膜移植可使角膜盲患者复明 。Objective: To observe the effects and complications of penetrating Keratoplasty. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 200 cases (200 eyes) of penetrating keratoplasty was run. Results: It was revealed that the rate of clarity was 90 % (180 cases) and the percentage of visual acuity less than 0.04 was 36.5% (73 cases), 0.05-0.2 was 45.5% (91 cases), better than or equal to 0.3 was 18.0% (36 cases). The main complications were immune rejection (11.0%) on the graft and secondary glaucoma (3.5%) after penetrating keratoplasty. Conclusions: The results suggested that penetrating keratoplasty might reserve sight of blindness from corneal diseases, but the prevention and treatment of graft rejection were important for successful surgery.
