摘　　要：在慢性肝病及肝癌形态定量研究基础上 ,用FOXBASE+建立了形态计量参数和DNA含量倍体数据库 ,经多因素逐步判别分析 ,分别从形态计量和DNA倍体参数中优选出有较大诊断价值的参数建立了判别函数方程 ,进而编制成中文计算机病理诊断软件 ,并对形态定量方法在慢性肝病及肝癌诊断中的价值进行了讨论 .Based on the morphometric study of human chronic liver diseases and hepatocarcinoma, the database of morphometric parameters and DNA content was creared by FOXBASE +. After discriminational classification step by step, some valuable diagnosis parameters were selected to establish two discriminant functions. Two Chinese pathodiagnosis softwares were developed from these results. It was further discussed the value of morphometric method in the diagnosis of chronic liver disease and hepatocarcinoma.
