急性淋巴细胞白血病患者血清sIL-2R水平及免疫表型与肺部浸润的关系

摘　　要：为探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病 ( AL L )患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 ( s IL - 2 R)水平及免疫表型与肺部浸润的关系 ,用酶联免疫吸附法检测了 4 6例 AL L 患者的血清 SIL- 2 R水平 ,并用一组单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪测其免疫表型。结果显示 ,AL L患者 SIL - 2 R水平明显高于正常人 ,淋、髓或 T、B- AL L患者 SIL - 2 R水平高 ,易发生肺部浸润。提示 SIL— 2 R水平结合免疫分型是早期诊断 AL L 肺部浸润的客观指标。To measure the serum levels of sIL 2R and the immunophenotype in newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)patients.ELISA and a panel of monoclonal antibodies with FACS were used.Result showed that the serum levels of sIL 2R in ALL immunophenotypic subtypes were significantly higher than normal control.Measurements in cases of hybrid acute leukemia(HAL)with lung soak were higher than that in the T ALL and the B ALL (P<0.01)and measurements in of the T ALL were higher than in the B ALL(P<0.01) This suggest the sIL 2R level and immunophenotype might be used as objective diagnostic markers in ALL with lung soak.
