摘 要:目的 了解青少年睡眠质量的现状及影响因素。方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数 (PSQI)调查表 ,对 12 9位青少年和 2 1位成年人进行调查。结果 (1)本次调查总体男女比较和青少年性别比较 ,均无显著性差异。 (2 )成年人睡眠时间少于青少年 ,睡眠障碍指标则明显高于青少年。 (3)学历和专业对青少年的睡眠状况影响不大。 (4)本次调查中发现影响青少年睡眠质量的主要因素为上网、学习紧张等 ;青少年睡眠不足或不佳时 ,会出现注意力不能集中、烦躁、易怒、记忆困难和厌食等 ;多数被调查者都认为睡眠是非常重要的。Objective To know the status of sleeping quality of teen-agers.Methods By applying questionnaires designed with Pittsburgh Sleeping Quality Index (PSQI),129 teen-agers and 21 adults were surveyed.Results The data of this study showed:(1)there was no significant difference between females and males in the whole population or in teen-agers.(2)the sleeping hours of adults were less than those of the teen-agers′.Nonetheless,the sleeping-disability indices were significantly higher than those of the teen-agers′.(3)The sleeping status was not greatly influenced by the education level or specialty.(4)some major factors (such as internet -surfing,study anxiety,etc.)investigated in this study could influence the sleeping quality of teen-agers;symptoms like aprosexia,dysphoria,irritability,hypomnesia appeared in the case of lacking sleep;the majority of being surveyed realized the importance of sleeping quality.Conclusion It is very important to schedule daily-life scientifically and reasonably.It is also very important to create good study environments and conditions for teen-agers.
