B超诊断甲状腺肿块价值的探讨

摘　　要：本文收集、分析了经手术及病理证实的甲状腺肿块声像图资料 184例。结果表明结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺癌在声像图上存在着许多相似性 ,缺乏有力的诊断及鉴别诊断依据。本文着重探讨B超诊断甲状腺肿块的局限性。The ultrasonographic data involved 184 cases of patients who suffered from thyroid gland phyma and finally diagnosed by the result of operation or pathologic examination were collected and analyzed.The results showed that there are many similarities presented in ultrasonograms of nodular goiter ,thyroid adenoma and thyroid carcinoma so that there may lack of basis in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.We concluded that the type B ultrasonogram might show limitations in diagnosis of thyroid gland phyma.
