摘　　要：目的 探讨雪卡毒素中毒时的临床特征。 方法 分析 25(男 18，女 7)例中毒病人的临床资料。 结果 病人在进食有毒海鱼后 2至 10小时，出现神经、消化、心血管系统症状。普遍均有消化系统症状，神经系统症状持续 1至 2周，并以温度感觉倒错最具有特征性。 结论 雪卡毒素中毒病人，可根据其临床上特殊的神经系统特点得到确认。Objective To study the clinical feature of ciguatera fish poisoning. Methods Twenty－ five patients with ciguatera fish poisoning were observed. Results The clinical symptoms of ciguatera poisoning usually began to appear 2～ 10 hours after eating a poisonous fish and could be classified into three broad groups:neurological,cardiovascular,gastrointestinal symptoms.Gastrointestinal symptoms were the most common complaint.Neurological symptoms generally stayed for 1～ 2 week.The clinical picture was characterized by temperature reversal. Conclusion Ciguatera poisoning can be differentiated by unique features affecting the neurological system.
