摘  要:目的 探讨雪卡毒素中毒时的临床特征。 方法 分析 25(男 18,女 7)例中毒病人的临床资料。 结果 病人在进食有毒海鱼后 2至 10小时,出现神经、消化、心血管系统症状。普遍均有消化系统症状,神经系统症状持续 1至 2周,并以温度感觉倒错最具有特征性。 结论 雪卡毒素中毒病人,可根据其临床上特殊的神经系统特点得到确认。Objective To study the clinical feature of ciguatera fish poisoning. Methods Twenty- five patients with ciguatera fish poisoning were observed. Results The clinical symptoms of ciguatera poisoning usually began to appear 2~ 10 hours after eating a poisonous fish and could be classified into three broad groups:neurological,cardiovascular,gastrointestinal symptoms.Gastrointestinal symptoms were the most common complaint.Neurological symptoms generally stayed for 1~ 2 week.The clinical picture was characterized by temperature reversal. Conclusion Ciguatera poisoning can be differentiated by unique features affecting the neurological system.
