多胎妊娠中胎儿畸形的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的与方法 :报告 1994年～ 2 0 0 0年间共计 85 16例孕妇多胎妊娠发生率 ,多胎妊娠中胎儿畸形发病率及超声诊断。结果 :多胎妊娠的发生率为 1.3 % ,单胎妊娠胎儿畸形发病率 1.4 % ,多胎妊娠中胎儿畸形的发病率5 .4 %。结论 :多胎妊娠胎儿畸形发病率明显高于单胎妊娠 ,超声检查是产前诊断的主要手段。Objective:To determine the incidence of multiparous pregnancy,the morbidity and of fetal deformity in multiparous pregnancy and the ultrasound diagnostic accuracy.Methods:Eight thousand five hundred and sixteen fetuses of pregnant women during 1994～2000 were enrolled.Results:The incidence of multiparous in monoparous pregnancy is 1 3%,the morbidity of fetal deformity in monoparous pregnancy is 1 4%,and that in multiparous pregnancy is 5 4%.Conclusions:Its obvious that the morbidity of fetal deformity in multiparous pregnancy is higher than that in monoparous pregnancy.Ultrasonography is the main method for its diagnosis.
