摘  要:目的 :通过观察补骨合剂对口腔骨内种植体骨整合免疫组织化学指标的影响 ,探讨补骨合剂促进骨整合的作用机理。方法 :成年杂种犬20只 ,拔除左侧下颌第二、三、四前磨牙 ,3个月后各植入CDIC种植体3枚 ,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组每日予补骨合剂1ml/kg灌胃 ,分别于术后1、2、4、8、12周取出标本进行免疫组织化学分析 ,观察种植体一骨界面骨整合情况。结果 :实验组第1周种植体—骨形成蛋白 (BMP)平均灰度显著增高(P<0.01) ,较对照组提前约1周。结论 :补骨合剂可以促进口腔骨内种植体骨整合。该药物可促进BMP的早期释放和聚集 ,提高种植体—骨界面的BMP浓度 ,促进其成骨。Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the effect of BuGu capsule(BGC)on osseointegration, by measuring immunohistochemistry index of BGC for the dental implant osseointegration. Method: A randomized, controlled experiment was conducted.20 adult dogs were divided two groups: experimented group and controlled groups. Three left mandibal tooth were pulled out of all dogs, and were implanted with three CDIC titanium implants. The dogs of the experimental group were ingested with BGC. The implanted mandibal part were sampled to observe the changes of implant-bone interface immediately 1,2,4,8,12 weeks after the surgery. Results: The level of BMP of experimental group was statistically significantly higher than that of controlled group at thefirst week after surgery. Conclusion: BGC can promote the osseointegration of dental implants and can induce the initial release.It can congregation of BMP and increase the concentration of BMP on the implant-bone interface therefore to promote the synthesis of bone.
