摘　　要：目的 :为临床应用引导组织再生技术治疗种植体周围炎提供理论依据。方法 :在狗的前磨牙区种植羟基磷灰石涂层钛种植体或纯钛种植体 ,并手术造成颊侧骨板缺损和感染 ,应用膜引导组织再生技术进行治疗。结果 :经过1年的放射学和临床观察 ,表明种植体周围炎症消失 ,并且有不同程度的骨组织再生 ,种植体松动度减少。结论 :应用膜引导组织再生技术治疗种植体周围炎的方法是可行的。Objective: The purpose of this study is to get the theoretic evidence for the treatment of peri_implantitis by guided tissue regeneration(GTR).methods:Eighteen screw-shaped pure titanum implants and eighteen cylindric hydroxyaptite coated titanum implants were immediately placed into sockets in the premolar area of dogs,and buccal standard defects were created and infected them.After 3 minths,16 implants were treated by GTR,and 15 implants were trested by periodontic treatment as controls.After 3 months,6 months,and 12 months radiographic and clinical evaluation were taken.Results:The results of this study indicated that the peri_implantitis were released,the bone regeneration around dental implants were created,and the mobility of the implants were decreased.Conclusion:GTR treatment for peri-implantitis was the therapy method.
