摘　　要：目的 :评价Branemark种植义齿修复上颌全牙列缺失3年后的临床效果。方法 :采用Branemark种植系统的常规操作方法 ,在I期手术 ,116枚Branemark种植体植入上颌全牙列缺失的16例患者,6个月后 ,进行II期手术 ,再经1周后 ,用固定可卸式修复体修复。结果 :Branemark种植体修复后3年 ,上颌累积成功率为91.1% ,修复体的稳定率为100%。结论 :Branemark种植义齿修复上颌全牙列缺失具有良好的临床效果。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of Branemark implant prosthese in the treatment of edentulous maxillae for 3 years. Methods: According to the conventional methods of Branemark implant system, 16 cases with edentulous jaws were treated with 116 Branemark implants in the first stage surgery. After 6 months, the second stage surgery was done and the detachable fixed prostheses were finished 1 week late.Results: The 3-year cumulative implant success rates in the upper jaws was 91.1%, and the stability rate of prostheses was 100%. Conclusions:Good clinical effects of Branemark implants in the treatment of edentulous maxillae was got .
