龙柏叶绿色素的制备及稳定性试验

摘　　要：以龙柏叶为原料 ,经过一系列物理、化学过程 ,制得天然含铜绿色素———叶绿素铜钠 ,并对叶绿素铜钠的稳定性进行了检测 ,从而得出 ,只有 pH值的影响较为显著 ,使叶绿素铜钠保存率有较大的改变。Natural sodium copper chlorophyllin in drogon juniper leaves was extracted and its stability was tested after a series of physical and chemical process.The result shows that the conservation of sodium copper chlorophyllin will only be changed obviously with the pH value.This would be valuable for opening up and utilizing the plant pigment.
