摘　　要：学习智障是弱化组织学习力、减弱企业竞争能力的关键因素 .为寻找出学习智障 ,该文提出了学习智障的辨识模型及评判模型 .通过评判企业可以发现自身的“劣势束”,找出问题的主要方面 .并采取相应的措施 。Learning disability is responsible for the reduction of organization's learning ability and weakening competitiveness. In order to deal with this problem, identification and evaluation models of learning disability are presented. Enterprises can find the bundle of weakness and deal with them through evaluation. The approaches are also expected to develop and improve learning ability.
