沙棘油中脂溶性维生素E的测定及精制中含量的变化

摘　　要：本文采用气相色谱法对我国山西、新疆、陕西、辽宁等地沙棘果油中的维生素E(V_E,下同)进行了定量分析。样品经前处理(皂化、提取、浓缩),得不皂化物;再经气相色谱分离测定、外标法定量。同时对样品的回收率,测量的精密度以及沙棘油精制过程中V_E含量的变化也分别作了分析测定,均得到良好的结果。VE (Vitamin E) contents in seabuckthorn oils collected from Shaanxi.Xingjiang.Shanxi and Liaoning provinces of China were determined quantitatively. The unsaponifiables, obtained from samples after pretreatment (saponifica-tion,extraction,concentration),were separated and analysed by gas chromatography with external standard method. At the same time recovery rate,precision of determination and the change of VE content during refinement were also determined with satisfactory results.
