摘　　要：在山女鳟、白点鲑人工采卵受精试验中 ,以 1%食盐水代替等渗液对采出卵进行洗涤后授精 ,发眼率比对照组高 3 7～ 8 2 %。表明In the experiment of artificial eggs collection and insemination of Oncorhynchus masou masou,and Salielinus pluvius,1%edible salt solution can replace the isotonic liquor to wash eggs for fertilization.the su rvival rate is h igher 3 7～8 2% than the comparative group.This show when gathering eggs,the 1% salt solution ca n instead of the traditional way-using isotonic liquor,which need a complex method to make
