硫系光纤的非线性特性及其在全光开关上的应用

摘　　要：本文对目前红外光纤研究的热点 ,硫系光纤的非线性特性作了介绍 ,包括它的非线性系数n2 ,双光子吸收系数α2 ,响应时间 ,受激拉曼散射和群速度色散GVD的情况 。In this paper,we introduce the nonlinear optical properties of chalcogenide glass fiber,including its nonlinear refractive index n 2,two photo absorption coefficient α 2,response time of nonlinear refractive index change,SRS and GVD.At last,we summarize the recent studies on all optical switching using the chalcogenide fiber.
