摘　　要：目的　了解肺癌患者血清中 SAPO- 1/ Fas水平及其与肺癌发病的关系。方法　采用双抗体夹心EL ISA法测定肺癌患者血清 SAPO- 1/ Fas水平。结果　肺癌患者血清 SAPO- 1/ Fas水平与正常对照组比较差异无显著性。结论　肺癌是一个非常严重的免疫抑制性疾病 ,可能存在基因缺陷 ,且肿瘤内淋巴细胞受抑制 ,故血清中 SAPO- 1/Objective To understand the serum SAPO 1/Fas level and find out its relationship with lung cancer morbidity.Method Serum SAPO 1/Fas level of lung cancer cases was determined by the double antibody sandwich ELISA.Results Serum SAPO 1/Fas level of the cancer cases made no significant difference compared with that of the normal controls.Conclusion As a very serious immunosuppressive disease the lung cancer maybe has some gene defects,moreover lymphocytes in the tumor are subjected to inhibition,so the serum shows a lower expression of SAPO 1/Fas.
