摘  要:本文检测了59例慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌病人的红细胞免疫粘附功能、白细胞介素-2及NK细胞活性等变化。结果显示这些患者的红细胞免疫复合物及循环免疫复合物增高,红细胞C_3b受体花环率降低,外周血白细胞介素-2、NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞转换率明显低于正常人,尤以HBV—DNA、HBeAg及HBsAg三者阳性者降低更为显著。提示HBV感染时白细胞介素-2、NK细胞活性等细胞免疫功能下降,以致使机体清除HBV的功能障碍。We have analysed immune adherence of erythrocyte as well as the activity of Interleukin-2(IL-2)and NK cells in 59 patients(29 with chronic active hepatitis(CAH), 22 with post-hepatitis cirrhosis (PHC)and 8 with primary liver cancer(PLC), Erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette(RBC C3bRR) formation was very significantly lower than that of the control's(p<0.01), while erythrocyte immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR)formation and positive rate of circulating immune complex (CIC)increased greatly than those of the control's (p<0.01).The activity of IL-2 and NK cells in 59 patients were significantly decreased than those of control's (p<0.05), These activity of 25 patients with serum HBV-DNA, HBeAg positive finding were lower remarkable (p<0.01), The reduction of activity of IL-2 and NK cells results in disturbance of body's function to eliminate HBV and CIC accumulating in circulation, These CIC have covered RBC C3bRR bring to abnormally of RBC immune adherence.
