肾细胞癌ki-67的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：为探索 ki-67基因产物与肾癌生物学行为及预后的关系 ,采用免疫组化 L SAB法对 60例肾细胞癌和 5例正常肾组织 ki-67表达产物进行检测。结果表明 :ki-67在正常肾组织中低表达。在全部肾癌中 ki-67均表达 ,程度不同 ,与分期、分级密切相关 (P<0 .0 0 5) ,与组织学类型无关 ;ki-67高表达者预后差。提示 ki-67可作为肾癌恶性程度及预后的估价性指标。Objective: To approach into the relationship between Ki 67 and biological behaviors and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma(RCC). Methods: The expression of Ki 67 were determined in 60 RCC and 5 normal renal tissue specimens by immunohistochemical method LSAB. Results: Expression of Ki 67 was found in all RCC specimens , faintly stained in normal tissue, and it was closely related to clinical stage and grading of RCC (P<0.05), but no correlation was found between Ki 67 and the histologic type. The cases with higher expression of Ki 67 had poor prognosis. Conclusion: Our results suggest that Ki 67 can be used as a tumor marker for evaluation of the degree of malignancy and prognosis of RCC.
