摘 要:目的 :探讨经过二次热处理的光固化复合树脂与单纯光固化复合树脂的硬度差异和临床疗效差异。方法 :(1)复合树脂实验组光照 40s后 ,在 12 5℃下热处理 7.5min ,对照组仅光照 40s ,测量两者硬度。 (2 )用二次固化法修复前牙与一次固化法进行临床对比观察。结果 :光固化复合树脂经二次热处理后 ,硬度比一次固化的增大 ,与一次固化法比较 ,成功率无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但优良率有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,二次固化明显优于一次固化。结论 :与单纯光固化复合树脂相比 ,经过二次热处理的光固化复合树脂硬度明显提高 ,临床疗效的优良率明显提高。Aim: To determine the effect of post-curing by heat on hardness and clinical effect of the light-cured composite resin. Methods: Following light-cured for 40s, the composite resin was secondarily heat-cured at 124℃ for 7.5 min. The hardness of both the secondarily heat-cured group and non-secondarily treated group was detected. Both groups of composite resin were used to repair the anterior teeth. Results: The secondarily heat-cured composite resin was harder than non-secondarily treated one (P<0.01). The successful rate of the both groups of composite resin employed to repair the anterior teeth was similar (P>0.05), while the excellent rate was different (P<0.01). However, the excellent rate of the secondarily heat-cured composite resin was much higher than the non-secondarily treated one (P<0.01). Conclusion: The hardness and excellent rate of clinic effect of the secondarily heat-treated composite resin were much greater than the non-secondarily treated group.
