HP和细胞凋亡在胃粘膜病变中作用关系的研究

摘　　要：为探讨 HP感染和细胞凋亡在胃粘膜病变中作用 ,用 TU NEl法检测了 136例胃粘膜病变患者的胃粘膜细胞凋亡情况。结果发现 :胃癌细胞凋亡减少 ;HP(+)者细胞凋亡较 HP(- )者明显增加 ,HP根除以后细胞凋亡有显著下降。这表明 HP可以诱导胃细胞凋亡 ,细胞凋亡受抑制可能是胃癌发病机制之一 ,根除 HP以减少细胞凋亡可能有助于预防胃粘膜病变的发生。To study the interaction between helicobacter pylori (HP) and apoptosis in gastric mucosal lesions,136 cases with gastric mucosal lesions have been detected by TUNEl.The results indicated:Apoptosis in gastric cancer decreased,apoptosis in HP(+) cases was more prominent than that in HP(-) cases.After eradication of HP,apoptosis was significantly decreased.This indicated that HP might induce apoptosis of gastric epithelial cells,and inhibition in apoptosis might be one of the mechanisms of carcinogenesis.It is suggested that eradication of HP to reduce apoptosis may help prevent pathological changes of gastric mucosa.
