摘　　要：基于聚类技术和一类模糊神经网络提出一种设计模糊系统的混合方法 .通过一个无监督的聚类算法自组织地确定模糊规则的数目及生成一个初始的模糊规则库 ,构造一类模糊神经网络 ,通过调整网络的权值 ,使规则库中的参数更加精确 .This paper introduces a hybrid approach for fuzzy system design based on clustering and a kind of fuzzy neural networks. Firstly, an unsupervised clustering technique is used to determine the number of fuzzy rules and generate an initial fuzzy rule base from the given input-output data. Secondly, a class of fuzzy neural networks is constructed and its weights are tuned to make the parameters of the constructed fuzzy rule base more precise. Finally, we focus on function approximation problems as a vehicle to evaluate its performance.
