摘  要:目的 :探讨中华眼镜蛇毒 (NNAV)对荷人鼻咽癌 (NPC)裸鼠血中过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活性的影响。方法 :采用比色法检测经腹腔注射低、中或高浓度NNAV( 1mg/L、5mg/L或 10mg/L)的荷人NPC裸鼠血中CAT和GSH -PX活性。结果 :荷人NPC裸鼠组血中CAT活性 ( 1645 0U/L)低于正常裸鼠组( 2 0 680U/L) (P <0 0 5 ) ,而荷瘤裸鼠组血中GSH -PX活性 ( 2 7670U/L)与正常裸鼠组 ( 2 8790U/L)相比P >0 0 5。低、中和高浓度NNAV治疗后的荷瘤鼠组血中CAT活性 ( 2 0 5 70U/L、2 3 0 90U/L、2 12 80U/L)均高于荷瘤鼠组( 1645 0U/L) (P <0 0 5 ) ,并接近正常水平 ( 2 0 680U/L) (P >0 0 5 )。同时低、中和高浓度用药组血中GSH -PX活性均不同程度地高于荷瘤鼠组 ( 2 7670U/L) (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中高浓度组 ( 3 7810U/L)明显高于低或中浓度组 ( 2 994 0U/L、3 0 610U/L) (P <0 0 5 ) ,其血中GSH -PX活性明显高于正常裸鼠组 ( 2 8790U/L) (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :NNAV的抑瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤鼠血中CAT和GSH -PX活性有关。AIM: To investigate the changes of plasma glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and catalase (CAT) activities in nude mice (NM) bearing human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and observe the effect of naja naja atra venom (NNAV) on them. METHODS: Plasma GSH-PX and CAT activities in human NPC bearing NM treated ( i.p. ) by low, middle or high concentration NNAV solution (1 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 10 mg/L) were determined by colorimetry. RESULTS: Plasma CAT activity (16 450 U/L) in NM bearing tumor group decreased significantly in comparison with the control group (20 680 U/L)(P<0.05). Plasma GSH-PX activity (27 670 U/L) in NM bearing tumor group had no apparent alteration in comparison with the control group (28 790 U/L)(P>0.05). Treated by low, middle or high concentration NNAV solution, CAT activities of three NM bearing tumor groups (20 570 U/L, 23 090 U/L, 21 280 U/L ) were higher than that of the NM bearing tumor group without NNAV treatment (16 450 U/L) (P<0.05), and reached to control level (20 680 U/L)(P>0.05). GSH-PX activities of the three groups (especially high concentration group) were higher than that of the group without NNAV treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The antitumor effect of NNAV might be by means of increasing GSH-PX activity and CAT activity in NM bearing human NPC.
