摘 要:用化学分析与仪器分析(1H-NMR,XPS与凝胶色谱)相结合的方法探讨了道路沥青与元素硫之间的反应行为以及改质后沥青中硫的存在形式.结果显示硫与沥青的反应一是硫与沥青分子交联,生成分子量大的含硫基团组分,并显著改善沥青的塑性、延展性以及亲水性;二是硫与沥青的反应主要发生在侧链α碳原子位置上,随反应温度的升高也夺取β,γ侧链碳原子上的氢.硫与沥青反应使沥青中胶质含量下降,沥青质增加,重均与数均分子量增加.XPS测定发现沥青原料中的S原子以噻吩与亚砜结构形态存在,硫化反应后S主要以元素硫和结合硫形态存在.Reaction behavior between sulfur and asphalt for pavement and sulfur type in asphalt modified by sulfur were investigated by chemical and instrumental analysis (1H-NMR. XPS, Gel-chromatography). Results showed that cross linking reaction occurred and ,at the same time, component of containing high molecular weight sulfur groups was formed. The remarkable advantage of the modification was the improvement of the plasticity, durability and hydrophilicity of the asphalt for pavement. The results also indicated that the reaction between sulfur and asphalt mainly occurred in α carbon atoms, however, as the reaction temperature increased, the reaction might occur inβ,γ as well as aromatic carbon atoms. The modification resulted in the decrease of resin content and increase of asphaltene content and average molecular weight. The de termination by XPS found that sulfur atoms in initial sample existed in types of thiophene and sulfoxide, however, the main types of sulfur in modified asphalt were sulfur atom and cross linking sulfur.
