58例白血病综合药敏试验的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：用我们建立的白血病综合药敏试验方法对58例白血病病人临床治疗疗效进行前瞻性预测,结果单药预测的符合率为87.9％,联合药物预测的符合率为89.7％,体外药物试验敏感程度指标平均药敏积分与体内2个疗程后骨髓白血病细胞下降百分数有非常显著的相关关系,P<0.001。初步分析表明,药敏试验的符合率在急性白血病各类型之间以及初治和复发病人之间没有明显差异。Prospective predictability of response to clinical chemotherapy by combined chemosensitivity assay were carried out in 58 patients with leukemdia.The assay which we had established included estimations of _3H—TdR,~3H—UR incorporation and alive cell count.By using a computer system,the degree of sensitivity to various drugs was judged in combination.The results indicated that the predictive accuracy was 87.9% for single agent analysis and 89.7% for multiple agents analysis.There was a good correlation between average drug sensitivity grade in vitro and bone marrow leukemic cells decrease percent in vivo(P<0.001). Furthermore,the predictive accuracy rate of first treated patients was similar to that of relapse patients.Among various types of leukemia,no difference in the degree of correspondence was obtained.
