能量多普勒血流显像诊断主动脉窦瘤的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨能量多普勒血流显像对诊断主动脉窦瘤的临床价值。方法 :用二维超声、彩色多普勒血流显像、能量多普勒血流显像对 9例主动脉窦瘤进行检查 ,部分患者用 5 %碳酸氢钠加维生素 B6行右心声学造影。结果 :本组主动脉窦瘤的超声诊断结论与手术或其它医学影像检查的符合率达 10 0 %。能量多普勒血流显像观察主动脉窦瘤的形态、壁的回声完整性及破裂口的大小和部位较为清晰。结论Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of aortic sinus aneurysm by power Doppler imaging.Methods:Nine cases with aortic sinus aneurysm were examined by Two-dimendional ultrasound,color Doppler flow imaging and power Doppler imaging.Several patients were examined with right-heart cotrast echocardiography with 5% sodium bicarbonate and vitamin B6 mixture.Results:The diagnostic accordance rate in the aortic sinus aneurysm by ultrasound compared with operation or any other medical images was 100%.The contour profile,intaction of the wall,and size and location of the ruptured orifice of the aneurysms in the PDI were all very clear.Conclusions:Power Doppler imaging has definite clinical values in diagnosing aortic sinus aneurysms.
