摘　　要：作为非公有经济主体的我国私营企业 ,在蓬勃发展的同时 ,也存在着发展资金难以解决、管理粗放、产品销售不畅等问题。要解决这些问题 ,私营企业必须进行管理创新 ,建立专门的信息部门 ,加强营销队伍建设 ,开展网上销售 ,同时 ,国家应向私营企业开放资本市场 ,保证符合条件的私营企业上市 。As the mainbody of Non stateowned Econmy,China's private enterprises are faced with the problems of lack of financial support, careless management, difficulties in product sales, etc. As the solutions to these problems, private enterprises have to adopt new method of management, build a specialized information section, improve the team of sales representatives and begin the trading on Internet. Meanwhile, the state should open the Capital Market to private enterprises, make sure that the qualified ones can put themselves on the stock market so that they may have enough funds for their development. [
