摘  要:采用有限差分法计算了微细圆管中的气体流动 .当Knudsen数处于 1 0 -3与 1 0 -1之间时 ,气体的稀薄效应造成流动气体与管壁之间的相对滑移 .计算结果详细描述了边界滑移对管摩擦系数及流量的影响 .计算还表明 ,虽然在微细圆管的气体流动中马赫数很小 ,但由于同时也具有很低的雷诺数及很小的管径、管长比 。The gas flow in a circular microtube is studied by using the finite difference technique. When Knudsen number is in the range that is between 10 -3 and 10 -1 , the gas rarefaction effect causes relative slip of flow to the tube wall. The numerical results comprehensively describe the influence of the boundary slip on mass flow rate. The results also indicate that the gas compressibility significantly affects mass flow rate due to extremely low Reynolds number of the flow and small diameter length ratio of the tube, though the Mach number in the gas flow in a circular microtube is very small.
