摘　　要：正确认识、处理法律与道德的关系是社会主义现代化建设过程中必须解决的问题。在我国 ,社会主义的法律需要以社会主义道德为基础。实现社会主义现代化 ,必须依法办事 ,坚持法律标准。To realize and handle the relationship between law and morality properly is a problem which must be sovled in the process of socialist modernization constructure. Socialist morality is the base of socialist law in China, In order to realize socialist modernization, we must act by law, and insist on law principles.
