论政府对中小企业发展的扶持作用

摘　　要：中小企业在我国工业企业中占有很大的比例 ,在社会经济发展中也起着极强的推动作用。政府应充分发挥宏观调控职能 ,对中小企业的健康发展进行积极的扶持 ,扶持的重点应主要集中在经济、商贸、科技和法规几个方面。Middle and small enterprises constitute much proportion in the industry enterprises of our country, they enhance the society economics outstandingly. So the government should give play to its function of macroscopic adjustment, and actively help the middle and small enterprises to develop healthily. At present, the helpness should focus on economics, commerce and trade, science and technolohy,as well as laws and regulations.
