合肥市1993—1997年城区居民恶性肿瘤死亡分析

摘　　要：本文对合肥市１９９３—１９９７年城区居民恶性肿癌死亡进行了分析，结果显示恶性肿瘤死亡率居该市死因第一位，死亡居前的是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌，５０—６９岁年龄段人群恶性肿瘤死亡率成倍增长，７０—８０岁年龄段癌症死亡率最高，分析表明老年人是暴露恶性肿癌危险因素高危人群，是癌症防治的重点人群。In this paper, death of resident malignant tumor in Hefei from 1993 to 1997 was analysed. The results showed that mortality of malignant tumor ranked first in all death cause. The first four places were lung cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer and esophagus cancer respectively. Malignant tumor mortality of age from 50—60 population ascended significantly. Cancer mortality of age from 70—80 population was the highest. Analysis indicated that aged people were high risk population of malignant tumor and that they ere the key population of cancer control.
