摘  要:利用正交设计方法 ,来选择鹰牌复方消毒剂定量杀菌试验用的中和剂。通过对正交试验结果的极差分析 ,初步推断出复方中和剂各组份的浓度变化对中和效果的影响为吐温80 >甘氨酸 >亚硫酸钠 >卵磷脂 ,复方中和剂的配伍为 5 .0 %吐温 80 +1.0 %甘氨酸 +0 .5 %卵磷脂 +0 .5 %亚硫酸钠 ,以此进行中和剂鉴定试验 ,符合中和剂标准。通过正交设计所选择的中和剂 。In order to select optimal neutralizer for compound disinfectants in killing bacteria, a quantitative experimental study was carried out using orthogonal design and the range was analyzed. The results indicated that the influences of various ingredients' concentration changes of the compound neutralizer on its neutralization efficacy were tween 80>glacine>sulphitation>lecithin. The optimal composition of the compound neutralizer was 5.0% tween 80, 1.0% glacine, 0.5% lecithin and 0.5% sulphitation. The neutralization test proved that the selected compound neutralizer accorded with the criterion for neutralizer and could be a compound neutralizer in killing bacteria quantitatively.
