^(99m)Tc-MIBI显像对甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断的价值

摘　　要：目的评价99mTc MIBI(甲氧基异丁基异腈 )显像对鉴别甲状腺冷 (凉 )结节良恶性的临床价值。方法对 35例99mTcO4 显像为冷 (凉 )结节的患者行99mTc MIBI血流灌注显像及静态显像。结果MIBI显像诊断甲状腺癌的灵敏度为 91 3% ,特异性为 75 %。结论 99m　Tc MIBI显像对鉴别甲状腺冷(凉 )结节的良恶性具有较高灵敏度及特异性。Objective To study the clinical value of 99m Tc-MIBI imaging in differentiative diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodule. Methods 35 patients which 99m Tc-O4 imaging showed cold(or cool) nodule were studied both 99m Tc-MIBI thyroid gland dynamic imaging and static imaging. Results The sensitivitive of 99m Tc-MIBI imaging in diagnosis of thyroid cancer was 91,3%,specificity was 75%.Conclusions 99m Tc-MIBI imaging gave a good sensitivtive and specificity in diagnosis cold (or cool) nodule.
