摘  要:结合钢水脱氧原理及夹杂物排除机理,论述了铝镇静钢改硅镇静钢浇注后期钢包水口堵塞的原因。在此基础上制定了精炼过程的优化操作,从而避免堵塞现象的发生。Combining with the principle for deoxidization and mechanism of inclusion removal the clogging reasons of ladle nozzle in the later period of casting were disscussed. Furthermore, based on the analysis, The refining operations were optimized. Therefore, the ladle nozzle were successfully prevented form clogging.
