摘　　要：数控机床热变形补偿模型研究和应用中须快速采集大量温度与热误差信号。针对温度和热误差信号的特点开发了检测系统 。The temperature and thermal error measuring system on NC machine tools is developed by using the high precision sensors and the A/D data acquisition card,which has the function of high precision,high speed and a lot of measuring channels and can be used easy and automatically.
