均匀啮合间隙的合理性分析

摘　　要：从一般螺旋曲面的基本理论出发 ,论证了通常采用的均匀的啮合间隙对传统的渐开线螺旋曲面是合理的 ,但对具有复杂端面齿形的螺旋曲面如双螺杆压缩机的转子齿面则不合理 。Based on the basic theory of general helical s urfaces, it is shown that the uniform meshing clearance is reasonable for involu te helical surfaces while it is unreasonable and should be abandoned for helical surfaces with complex transverse tooth profile such as those applied to the twi n screw compressors.
