摘　　要：以油酸和醇胺为主要成分合成具有防锈功能的表面活性剂 ,采用硼酸和醇胺为主要成分合成极压抗磨剂 ,在此基础上进行正交试验 ,制得了一种无毒、无污染 ;防锈效果优于目前常用磨削液的一种新型环保型水溶性防锈防黑斑磨削液 。A new surfactant with anti-corrosion ability is synthesised with alcohol amine and oleic acid. An anti-scuff agent is prepared with alcohol amine and boric acid. Based on the above two components, a novel water based non-toxic grinding fluid with good anti-corrosion ability is prepared by orthogonal test. The grindingfluid has so good anti-corrosion ability and non-toxic that it will be widely use.
