摘　　要：香兰素在氢氧化钠催化下与丙酮缩合 ,缩合物用RaneyNi选择性催化氢化制得姜酮。研究了实验条件对缩合反应和催化氢化的影响 ,产品总收率为 6 4 %。Zingerone is synthesized by the condensation of vanillin and acetone in the presence of sodium hydroxide.The yield of the condensed product is 85% and influenced by the concentration of sodium hydroxide,ratio of vanillin to acetone and reaction temperature.The condensed product is then hydrogenated with Raney Ni.
