摘  要:应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测Cu、As及其复合污染的诱变性能 ,计数了蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率(MCN‰ )和污染指数 (PI)并进行了F检验 .结果表明 ,在一定浓度范围内 (Cu <2 0 0mg·L-1,As <15mg·L-1) ,随着Cu、As浓度的增加 ,MCN‰上升 ;2 4个试验处理组PI均在 2以上 ,各处理组MCN‰有显著差异 ,和对照组有极显著差异 (α <0 .0 1) ,表明Cu、As及其复合处理对蚕豆根尖细胞的分裂活动有明显影响 .The micronucleus test in Vicia faba root tips cell was utilized to detect Cu ,As and their combined pollution.The MCN‰ and PI were determined and the F tes t was used to evaluate the statistical difference in MCN‰ among differente treatments .The results showed that within a certain concentration of Cu 2+ (<200mg · L -1 ) and As 3+ (<15 mg·L -1 ), MCN‰ increased as the concentrat io ns increased.The PI of all the 24 treatment was over 2, and there existed obviou s difference compared with the control (α<0.01abstractThis study shows that Cu, As an d combined pollution had significant effects on cytogenetical toxicity of Vic ia faba root tip cell.MCN‰ is lower than normal level in the complex treatment of Cu and As because of antagonism actions.
