摘　　要：[目的]研究β_连环蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞分化、浸润、转移等生物学行为的关系。[方法]应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测75例胃癌及癌旁组织石蜡标本β_连环蛋白的表达水平。[结果]β_连环蛋白在癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织 ,低分化癌组织较高分化、中分化组织β_连环蛋白的表达高 ,有淋巴结转移的组织较无转移的表达高 ,浸润程度越深表达越高。[结论]β_连环蛋白是一个与胃癌发生及发展较为相关的生物学指标 ,可能可以作为观察胃癌细胞侵袭转移的较有价值的病理指标。To explore the β catenin expression in gastric carcinoma and noncancerous tissue,and to explore the correlation between expression of β catenin and clinicopathalogical profiles including tumor differentiation,invasion and lymph node metastasis.Expression of β catenin had been examined in 75 cases with gastric carcinomas by immunohistochemical technique.The staining of β catenin was stronger in gastric carcinomas than that in noncancerous areas of the epithelial cell and higher expression in low differentiation cancer cells than that in well differentiation.Cancer with lymph node metastasis had more β catenin protein than that without lymph node metastasis.The deeper tumor invasion,the higher β catenin expression.[Conclusions]β catenin is a biologic marker related to carcinogenesis in gastric carcinoma.It might be a valuable marker for the carcinogensis and evaluation of metastasis and prognosis.
