胃肠道肿瘤病人血清四种因子的检测

摘　　要：[目的]观察胃肠道肿瘤病人血清肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、可溶性白介素2受体 (sIL 2R)、白介素10(IL 10)、白介素12(IL 12)表达水平的变化。[方法]正常对照组12例 ,胃癌组22例 ,肠癌组14例 ,ELISA法检测各组血清TNF α、sIL 2R、IL 10、IL 12水平。[结果]与正常对照组相比 ,胃癌组、肠癌组的TNF α、IL 10水平均无明显变化(P>0.05),sIL 2R水平均明显升高 (P<0.05) ,胃癌组的IL 12水平明显降低 (P<0.001) ,而肠癌组的IL 12水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]胃癌病人血清sIL 2R水平升高 ,IL 12水平降低 ,肠癌病人血清sILTo observe the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α), soluble interleukin 2 receptor ( sIL 2R ),interleukin 10 ( IL 10 ) and interleukin 12 ( IL 12 ) levels in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. There were 12 cases in normal control group,22 patients in gastric cancer group, and 14 patients in colorectal cancer group. Serum TNF α, sIL 2R, IL 10 and IL 12 were assayed with ELISA. Compared with normal control group, there were no obvious changes of the levels of serum TNF α and IL 10 in both gastric cancer group and colorectal cancer group. The level of sIL 2R in both gastric cancer group and colorectal cancer group increased significantly (P<0.05 ). The level of IL 12 in gastric cancer group decreased significantly(P<0.001),but in colorectal cancer group the level of IL 12 was almost the same as that in normal control group. [Conclusion]In patients with gastric cancer, the level of serum IL 2R increased and the level of IL 12 decreased.In patients with colorectal cancer, the level of serum IL 2R increased.
