摘 要:目的 研究腭裂术后不同语音清晰度患者元音共振峰模式的差异 ,以及元音第三共振峰同腭咽闭合不全率的关系 .方法 用 Matlab语言编制了声谱分析程序 .将 2 5例术后腭裂患者依语音清晰度分成分成语音缺陷组 (IAr)和语音清晰组 (NAr) ;另选正常儿童 15例作为对照组 (N) .用分析程序观测 3组儿童发 [i]时的共振峰模式并测定 F1,F2 ,F3的值 .按发 [i]时 RVPI 10 %为界 ,将同时有腭咽图像及声音资料的患者 2 0例分成腭咽闭合完全组 (A组 )及腭咽闭合不全组 (B组 ) .比较两组患者发 [i]时 F3的值 .结果 3组儿童发[i]时 ,F1均无差异 ;3组 F2值均有明显差异 ,按值大小分别为 N>NAr>IAr.IAr组 F3值明显小于 NAr组及 N组 ,NAr组同 N组无区别 .腭裂术后患者多在 10 0 0 Hz左右出现一异常额外共振峰 .A组患者 F3值明显高于 B组 .结论 腭裂术后患者第二共振峰同语音清晰度有明显的关系 ,低频区异常额外共振峰的出现是腭裂术后语音频谱图的特征性表现 .发 [i]时AIM To study the spectrum features of formant pattern of vowel and the relationship between RVPI and F3 in postoperative patients. METHODS A spectrum analyzing program was coded using the acoustic functions Matlab language provided. 25 postoperative CP patients were grouped by speech articulation, and 15 normal children were selected as control. Formant pattern of vowel was obtained and frequencies of F1, F2 and F3 measured. Then 20 selected patients were divided into two groups by RVPI degrees: group A consisted of 7 patients whose RVPI <10%; those RVPI above 10% formed group B. Frequency of F3 were compared between group A and group B. RESULTS Frequency of F1 had no difference between IAr, NAr and control groups. There was significant difference about F2 among those children ( P <0.05). F2 frequency was highest in normal control group and lowest in IAr group. No difference about F3 frequency was found between control group and NAr group ( P >0.05), but F3 of IAr group was lower than that of the above two groups ( P <0.05). Furthermore, one extra formant about 1000 Hz existed in most CP patients. F3 frequency of group A was significantly higher than that of group B ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION There is significant relationship between articulation and F2. The extra formant on 1000 Hz is a characteristic of CP patients' spectrums. F3 frequency of can be used as an index to assess VPF.
