摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨慢性酒精中毒性视功能损伤的图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 波形变化特征和其临床意义 .[方法 ]检测慢性酒精中毒病例 3 0人 60眼和正常人 3 0例 60眼图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 振幅和潜伏期 ,并进行统计比较分析 .[结果 ]慢性酒精中毒病人图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 潜伏期的异常检出率为4 5 % ,与正常对照组相比显著延长 ,但其振幅并没有显著下降 .饮酒总量与图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 潜伏期和振幅的相关系数 (r)为 0 0 1和 - 0 0 9,无明显正、负相关关系 .OBJECTIVE?To study the changes of P- VEP P 100 waves of visual function injury damaged by chronic alcoholism and its clinic significance.?METHODS?The amplitude and latent period of P- VEP P 100 wave were tested in 60 eyes of 30 cases of chronic alcoholism and 60 eyes of 30 cases of healthy individual, and that were statistically analyzed. ?RESULTS?Abnormal exam rate of P- VEP P 100 for latent period is 45% in chronic alcoholism and it was longer than that in normal control group, but its amplitude of P- VEP P 100 wave did not been obviously decreased. The relative coefficient between the total number of drinking and the latent period and amplitude of P- VEP P 100 was 0.01 and -0.09, there had no clear positive and negative relation.
