摘　　要：目的　探讨 CT对肾淋巴瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法　回顾性分析 6例经病理证实的肾淋巴瘤的 CT表现。结果　肾淋巴瘤的 CT表现可分为多发肿物型、弥漫增大型和肾周肿物型。结论　肾淋巴瘤常是全身性淋巴瘤的一部分 ,其Objective To evaluate CT scanning in diagnosing renal lymphoma. Materials and Methods CT findings in 6 patients with pathologically proved renal lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Based on CT manifestations, renal lymphoma could be divided into multiple masses type, diffusely enlarged type and perirenal mass type.Conclusion Renal lymphoma is one of the presentations of systemic lymphoma, it has similar CT signs as other renal parenchymal lesions.
