摘　　要：目的 :了解蒸汽压力机热处理聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基托材料的力学性能和收缩变化。方法 :采用蒸汽压力机和水浴两种方法加热固化义齿基托塑料 ,进行挠曲强度、硬度和收缩率的对比分析。结果 :蒸汽压力机热处理的基托塑料的力学性能和收缩率与水浴法相比无显著性差异。结论 :蒸汽压力机固化的基托塑料符合临床修复体的要求。Objective:To observe the mechanical properties and the change shrinkage of processing denture base resins with steam heated machine.Methods:The flecture strength,hardness and shrinkage were compared in using steam cured and water bath cured base resins.Results:The mechanical properties and shrinkage showed that there was no significant differences in two groups. Conclusion:The denture materials processed with steam heated pressure machine accords with the requirements of the prosthetic clinic.
