摘　　要：目的 :了解婴儿期行舌系带过短切开术的并发症 ,探讨舌系带手术矫正的最佳时期。方法 :收集 15例在婴儿期接受舌系带“剪断术”的患儿 ,术后出现多种并发症 ,经二期手术矫正和术后随访。结果 :并发症为 :术后出血 1例 ,感染 3例 ,因舌系带处瘢痕和矫正不到位 ,在 2岁以后行二期手术 11例 ,大多数患儿二期手术后语音功能良好。结论 :婴儿期不应作舌系带矫正术 ,合适的矫正时期为 2～ 3周岁。Objective:To study the complications of ankylotomy in the babies and to analysis the operation time of the cases of ankyloglossia Methods:Fifteen cases of complications of the ankylotomy in the babies of ankyloglossia were reviewed and followed up.Results:There were 1 cases of hematoma,3 cases of infection after ankylotomy,11 cases of needed the second operation due to hypertrophic scars after two yeras. The phonations were satisfactory in the must of cases during follow up.Conclusion:the ankylotomy were unsuitable in the babies.The suitable operation time were in the children of 2～3 years old.
